FANUC UK is celebrating a successful MACH 2016 exhibition, recording over 500 visitors to its stand. FANUC UK would like to thank all its customers and visitors for their valuable time during the show.
The MACH show, the largest manufacturing exhibition in the UK, inspired visitors from across the country. During the 5 day exhibition, FANUC UK registered over 500 visitor enquiries on the stand securing significant machine orders for Robotics, ROBODRILLS and ROBOCUT equipment.
Throughout the event, FANUC’s latest range was showcased including RoboMachines, Robots and FA/CNC control systems, including the latest in NEW HMI technology from FANUC, 2 collaborative robots CR35 and CR7, cutting demonstrations on the ROBOCUT (Wire EDM machinery) and ROBODRILL products.
To complement the machinery range, FANUC also displayed a range of part and material handling applications using our internal in-house systems capability for producing integrated loading and unloading cells.
Additional highlights of the stand included:

Servo door technology on the ROBODRILL products to give the customers an optimised cycle time and reduced labour requirements

Live cutting demonstration showing the high torque spindle capability

Simple interfacing of Robots to ROBODRILL products using “FANUC’s Ethernet-Interface 2”

EDM attachment for the ROBOCUT machines for Spark erosion of holes up to Ø3mm

FANUC’s collaborative CR7 robot serving drinks in the hospitality area.

FANUC’s collaborative CR35 robot loading a Renishaw equator and simulating the feedback of machining offsets to the FANUC CNC control system

The facility shows our commitment and passion to robotics and automation within the UK market place, enabling us to grow and at the same time improve our customer experience. Completion is due by March 2017 and the entire UK team are looking forward to the next phase in FANUC UK’s development.”
