Servomotorji

Serija servomotorjev FANUC Alpha i

Ti motorji zagotavljajo izjemne pospeške in so idealni za uporabo v napravah z veliko hitrostjo in natančnostjo, kot so stiskalnice:

  • doseganje gladkih površin pri veliki hitrosti
  • na voljo sta dve različici: F – feritni magnet in S – močan motor (magneti iz neodima);
  • širok razpon izhodnega navora 1–3000 Nm;
  • največja hitrost do 8000 vrt./min.;
  • visoka ločljivost dajalnika impulzov serije αi (32.000.000/obr.);
  • zaščita razreda IP65 – izbirno tudi IP67

Serija servomotorjev FANUC Beta i

Ti motorji zagotavljajo odlično razmerje med zmogljivostjo in ceno ter so popolna izbira za osi za podajanje, pozicioniranje in periferne enote:

  • srednja vztrajnost – hitro pospeševanje;
  • na voljo sta dve različici: F – feritni magnet in S – močan motor (magneti iz neodymiuma);
  • navor 0,2–40 Nm;
  • mehko rotiranje;
  • največja hitrost do 6000 vrt./min.;
  • visoka resolucija dajalnika impulzov serije βi (1.000.000/obr.);

Torque Motors

Serija momentnih motorjev FANUC DiS

These are ideal as inbuilt servomotors for tables, turrets and the high precision rotary axes on 5-axis machines:

  • large torque by strong neodymium magnets
  • maximum torque 35-10000 Nm, continuous torque 15-4500 Nm
  • high speed models up to 2000 rpm
  • low ripple – optimum magnetic circuit design

Asynchronous built-in spindle motors BiI series

Compact built-in motors for compact, high speed, and high performance machines with best adaption in mechanical machine design.

  • large torque at low speed – high power at high speed
  • power range 0.75-50kW
  • larger torque and higher power achieved by efficient heat radiation of stator
  • resin mold (option) or copper-bar rotor (some models)
  • maximum speed up to70000 rpm

Synchronous built-in spindle motors BiS series

Compact built-in motors with high torque for tough material (e.g. Titanium) and heavy cutting processes.

  • large torque at low speed – strong neodymium magnet rotor structure
