ROBODRILL Specifications
Master the world of vertical machining with the ROBODRILL, a 5-axis simultaneous milling machine included in this educational package. This machine boasts a travel size of X/Y/Z: 500x400x330 mm, providing ample workspace for your learning projects. The automatic door and its additional features will equip you to explore the full potential of this versatile CNC machine.
Robot Specification
A CRX-10𝑖A/L is also part of the package. The 6-axis collaborate robot comes with a 10 kg payload and 1418 mm reach. Additionally you have the connectors on J6 for a camera and a configurable I/O.
Industry 4.0/IoT Ready
The package is IoT ready thanks to 2 Ethernet ports. As standard it is equipped with Ethernet software support for Robot Status, and much more.
Instructor Training
Customised training materials for trainer and student are included an enable the instructor to teach the students how to run the machine, operate the robot, measure workpiece and worktool, calibrate a 5-axis table and connect a robot cell with a CNC machine.
PC Simulation Software for Students
Additionally you receive a CNC GUIDE academic version for milling and turning in the classroom version (up to 32 users).
Additional Features
It includes an NC program specifically tailored to machine your defined aluminum workpiece on a CNC machine. The raw aluminum material is provided, along with a set of 5 cutting tools and their corresponding tool holders to ensure precise machining. A suitable vise is also included to securely hold your workpiece during the process. For those who want to witness the machining magic firsthand, a GoPro Hero 9 camera is included.
