The R-30iB Plus controller is FANUC’s new standard for smarter productivity. It is destined to contribute to the easier use of robots and automation in the manufacturing industry. Featuring a new generation of advanced integrated hardware and more than 250 software functions, it is your key to robot performance in terms of cycle-time, speed, accuracy and safety. The R-30iB also provides full connectivity over an Ethernet network allowing easy connection to connect robots, remote computers and other hardware. Designed for increased user friendliness and minimal energy consumption, the R-30iB Plus comes in four different cabinets to help you make the most of your floor space and production cell layouts. With a flexible appearance, the user interface, iHMI, has a convincing screen resolution and a strong processing capability.

Geïntegreerde programmeerbare machinecontroller

De geïntegreerde PMC met hoge performantie van de R-30iB Plus controller heeft toegang tot het gehele I/O-systeem van de robot, zodat afzonderlijke of asynchrone besturing van randapparatuur eenvoudig mogelijk is zonder nadelige effecten op de prestaties van de robot.

Uitgezonderd de grotere B-Cabinet, zijn alle FANUC R-30iB Plus-controllers compact en eenvoudig te integreren in productiecellen met één robot. Voor installaties met meerdere robots kunnen ze worden gestapeld.

Veiligere software

In tegenstelling tot computercontrollers op Windows, maken R-30iB Plus-controllers gebruik van FANUC’s eigen software. Zodoende hoeft u niet in te zitten over virussen, hackers of stabiliteitskwesties.

Vier kastgrootten en specificaties

A-kast

De A-kast is de standaardcontroller van FANUC met een compacte en stapelbare oplossing. Deze is ideaal voor industriële omgevingen en ontworpen voor beperkte/2 hulpassen.

B-kast

Dit model bevat dezelfde technologie als de A-kast, maar heeft nog veel ruimte voor extra amplifiers of I/O-modules. Het is uitermate geschikt voor industriële omgevingen.

Mate-kast

Deze krachtige en zelfstandige kast is de ideale keuze voor kleinere robots en is specifiek ontwikkeld voor M-series- en LR-Mate-robots. De kast is stapelbaar voor meerdere robotcellen.

Open-Air Cabinet

Ideal for M1, M2, M3 and LR Mate robots, this unit is powerful and self-contained. Built for office or very dirty/humid environments, it can be rack mounted into another cabinet and is stackable for multi-robot cells.

Compact Cabinet

The new designed Compact Cabinet is used for the FANUC SCARA series and is a global controller with CE/NRTL compliance. It convinces through a lightweight and very compact design and is easy to integrate.
