DR-3iB/6 STAINLESS

The DR-3iB/6 STAINLESS combines FANUC’s industry-leading performance and reliability with a food-safe stainless steel construction. It comes with a 1200mm reach (450mm height) and a powerful four-axis design, allowing it to handle 6kg payloads at high speeds.

The stainless steel outer surface assures excellent corrosion resistance, for higher cleaning and hygiene requirements. The optimised, smooth surfaces and the fluoro-rubber gaskets prevent dirt and bacteria accumulation. The robot is rated IP69K and comes with NSF H1 food-grade grease.

The DR-3iB/6 STAINLESS robot is available with two different surface finishings. Either standard stainless or mirror finishing, both types suitable for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics applications, depending on the market’s requirements. 

Line tracking and iRVision enable additional robot configuration for high-speed robot interaction on production lines and multi-robot setups.

IP69K protection as standard means the DELTA robot series is ideal for environments with exacting hygiene standards.

To ensure optimal cell design, ROBOGUIDE lets you model cells and select the most suitable robot for your application and setup. With an internal virtual controller cycle times can be calculated and validated both quickly and accurately.
