Task:
Kits for doping samples must be clearly identifiable and reliably protected against manipulation. Berlinger was therefore looking for a solution in the automation industry.
Solution:
Two LR Mate 200iC were installed in production. The lids consist of several parts, which are now assembled automatically.
Result:
Fully loaded and supplied with parts, the cell operates fully autonomously for two hours. During normal working hours, the operating personnel monitors the system and is responsible for material replenishment.
